With over 15 years of experience in finance, debt syndication, and structured investments, Gaurav Agarwal has built a strong track record in fundraising, financial strategy, and investment structuring. He started his career at EY and went on to hold key financial roles at leading companies such as InMobi, WeWork, Scaler, and HealthifyMe. Throughout his career, he has successfully raised $55M in equity and over $100M in debt while leading financial strategy, investor relations, and large-scale acquisitions.
After identifying a gap in high-quality financial advisory for real estate developers, he founded Ascendra Advisors, a boutique CFO and debt advisory firm. Since its inception, Gaurav has successfully facilitated over INR 350 Cr in funding, leveraging his deep industry expertise and strong network of NBFCs, AIFs, and private investors to structure innovative, high-impact financial solutions.
